Live Event Payment Terms
The event ticket price does not include travel or accommodation. Tickets are purchased on a first come, first served basis and event places are only secured on receipt of full payment. If you choose to pay over a number of months, the booking is also only secure on receipt of full payment.
Live Event Ticket Cancellation
Should unforeseen circumstances arise that make it impossible for you to join us in person at the live event, you may receive a credit for your ticket against any of our future live events, any of our mentoring & coaching services, or any one of our fantastic home-study programs.
Alternatively, your ticket is transferrable, so you may allow a friend or colleague to attend in your place.
Finally, if neither of the above options are acceptable, ticket cancellation notification must be received a minimum of 30 days prior to live event date, and you may receive a refund of your purchase, less a modest GBP 15.00 +VAT book keeping fee. Less than 30 days from the event, your ticket investment will be applied as a credit toward a future program, due to contractual obligations with the event venue.
Live Event Ticket Refunds
Payment plan administration fees are not refundable. If you decide by the first coffee break on the first day of the event that this event is not for you, we will gladly refund the remainder of the fees paid.
Live Event Cancellation
Improvability reserve the right to cancel the event if less than the minimum number required have purchased tickets. In this case, all fees already paid will be refunded in full.
Live Event Recording
Live events are audio video recorded for the purpose of producing and publishing audio video products. The event description indicates if a recording is taking place at the event. Read the event recording notice below for more information.
NOTICE REGARDING AUDIO / VIDEO RECORDING OF EVENTS
When you enter a Kielder Computers Ltd event, you will be entering an area where photography, video and audio recording may occur.
By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its / their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on web sites, or any other purpose by Kielder Computers Ltd and its affiliates and representatives.
You release Kielder Computers Ltd, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.
By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged.
You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Kielder Computers Ltd or the person or entity designated to do so by Kielder Computers Ltd.
You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.
Live Event Pricing
All live UK event admission prices are quoted in Great British Pounds Sterling (GBP). Sales tax is charged in accordance with our VAT sales tax policy.
