VAT Sales Tax on Goods
Goods are physical products delivered by postal or courier service.
Physical goods purchased by UK customers are subject to VAT @ 20% and the VAT is itemised on the checkout page.
Physical goods purchased by EU customers are subject to zero rated VAT @ 0%. Therefore no VAT is itemised on the checkout page. The purchase is subject to Customs Taxes levied by the customer’s local Customs Office prior to delivery. The customs tax rate varies from country to country.
Physical goods purchased by other international customers are subject to zero rated VAT @ 0%. Therefore no VAT is itemised on the checkout page. Services are non-physical products, delivered digitally or verbally.
Services purchased by UK customers are subject to VAT @ 20% and the VAT is itemised on the checkout page.
Services purchased by EU customers are subject to the EU Digital Sales Tax. The tax rate varies from country to country. The EU Digital Sales Tax is itemised as VAT on the checkout page.
Services purchased by other international customers are subject to zero rated VAT @ 0%. Therefore no VAT is itemised on the checkout page.
Tax Refunds
Our online shopping system does not collect VAT registration numbers at the point of sale. Our VAT registration is included on the order confirmation and invoice and businesses with an appropriate tax registration may be able to claim back the VAT sales tax portion of their purchase in their business sales tax return according to local tax rules.
