Currency Conversion
While all care has been taken in making available and maintaining the Currency Conversion Rates displayed on this site, such conversion rates are estimates only of currency conversions that may apply to a transaction. These rates are provided for information purposes only without express or implied warranty. The Currency Conversion Rates should not be relied upon as actual currency conversion rates that may be applied to any particular transaction as such rates will frequently fluctuate over time and vary between various financial providers.
Shipping Information
We will dispatch your order as soon as possible. Dispatch will normally be within 48 hours of receipt of your payment. We use a number of couriers and mail services such as UPS, FedEx, TNT, DHL, City Link, USPS and Royal Mail. The courier or postal service we choose may vary. However for high value items we use a secure sign-for delivery service with online tracking for which a proof of delivery signature is required.
Goods are only shipped when an authorisation has been received from your card issuing bank.
If you have chosen a product payment instalment plan option, your goods will be shipped only when the initial payment has been authorised by your card issuing bank and the payment plan agreement has been successfully created. You will be notified by email when your order has been despatched.
Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated according to the physical weight and value of the goods and the country of delivery. Shipping costs are itemised and added before final payment is requested.
Despatch information
When you purchase, items may be packed and shipped by multiple separate warehousing. For example, the Complete Colour Analysis Training Kit DVDs and colour supplies, are shipped separately, from a different warehouse locations.
Delivery times
UK delivery is expected to take approximately 5 working days from despatch. International delivery is expected to take 10 to 20 working days from despatch. Some destinations may take longer.

Availability
We try to make sure we only show items on the site if they are currently available. If you place an order for something which isn't available we will contact you by telephone or email as soon as possible after you place your order. All orders are subject to availability.
Security
We use a "secure" server so your credit card information is protected. We do not hold your payment details on file. Once we have processed your order we erase your information. Payment methods
We do not accept personal or company cheques. We accept Visa credit / debit cards and Mastercard credit / debit cards. We won't ask you for any payment until we've made sure that all the goods on your shopping list have been validated. Your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them, ensuring the highest level of security at all times.
The transaction will appear on your credit / debit card bill in your own currency and be itemised as 'Kielder Computers Ltd' or similar depending on the card processor being used.
Pricing Information
All information including prices are correct at the time of publishing. Kielder Computers Limited is a UK-based business. All prices quoted are in Great British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are quoted exclusive of VAT sales tax unless stated otherwise. Taxes relevant to your country of origin will be calculated and added before final payment is requested. You may use a currency converter to calculate the price in your own currency. However, use this for information only and you cannot rely on this being the same rate of conversion used by your credit / debit card company at the time the payment is processed.
Value Added Tax (VAT)
European (EU) customers pay VAT (sales tax). VAT is itemised and automatically added at the checkout for EU customers only. A VAT invoice is available on request for EU customers.
Customs Taxes
International customers may be liable for import taxes. These are duties levied by your own government's Customs office. Contact your local Customs Tax Office for details prior to purchase.
